Custom Jig Process
[DRAFT COPY — review before announcing.]
How custom jigs work
1. Tell us what you print. Product type, size, desired capacity, and workflow requirements.
2. Confirm your printer. Brand, model, and usable print area of your UV flatbed printer.
3. Send product samples. Physical samples are normally required — they let us verify fit, tolerance, height, and loading clearance. Samples should represent your actual production product.
4. Receive your jig and template. After production, you receive the completed jig and, where eligible, a matching print template.
Good to know
Design is based on your actual samples. Work starts after payment and sample receipt. Lead time is confirmed before production. Final fit depends on the consistency of your production product. Custom jigs are made specifically for your printer and product.
