Custom Jigs

Jigmade provides precision custom jig solutions for UV flatbed machines, laser machines, manufacturing, assembly, and other production applications where accuracy and repeatability matter.

Each project is reviewed based on the product, machine or process, required precision, and production requirements. Our goal is to deliver a jig solution that supports dependable positioning, consistent results, and a more efficient workflow.

To begin, submit a Request Quote inquiry through our website with your product details, machine make and model if applicable, dimensions, estimated quantity, photos, and any other relevant information.

For most projects, physical samples are required prior to final production. Samples allow us to verify fit, dimensions, and variation between units so we can engineer the most accurate jig possible. We recommend sending at least 3 samples of each product whenever available.

Lead Time
